Many people have asked me: “How is the Empire going?” I have struggled to understand why I really dislike the word “Empire”. As I see any new venture or goal as an opportunity to challenge myself and others. Recently I read an article by Liz Messenger and she included the table below:

- Attracts talented people & uses them at their highest
- Creates an intense environment that requires peoples best thinking
- Defines an opportunity that causes people to stretch their thinking
- Drives sound decisions through rigorous debate
- Gives others the ownership for results & invests in their success
