MEN, are you on top of your GAME?

Why is it that Men don’t like going to the Doctor?  Well, below are some common reasons why men don’t get regular check ups; Do they sound familiar?

Men can be scared the check ups will lead them to hospital
Men are embarrassed to discuss their health issues
Men find it too hard to get to their GP’s because of limited opening hours
Men can’t be bothered making an appointment

Most men don’t want to admit they have a health issue and tend to let it “linger” on and feel they would be wasting their GP’s time on trivial or  potentially embarrassing problems.  “It’s not bad enough to see a doctor”

MEN, there’s a better chance to overcome or catch health issues before they overtake if you just get regular check ups as this will ensure you stay on top of your GAME!
